In this immersive experience we connect you with a target group who had a lot of negative experiences with personal connection: youngsters in a youth detention centre. Take part in a co-creation process with your colleagues and the youngsters to develop new educational materials for the street and challenge your mindset and skills with a focus on engaging and empowering these youngsters who are crucial for your assignment. Our experienced facilitators guide and support you throughout the experience and bring you to self-reflection. After the emotions and experience have settled, we translate the inspirational experience to your professional reality and build your personal action plan.
