This three-day expedition challenges everything you think you know about leadership. Together with a group of refugees, you’ll step into unfamiliar territory—literally and figuratively—and discover the strength of inclusive, connected leadership.
This is not a training room experience. It’s a co-creative journey that pushes you to connect, communicate, and lead across differences. What emerges is powerful: self-awareness, empathy, and the ability to unite people around a shared goal, no matter the context.
Through immersive collaboration with your refugee teammates, you’ll learn what it really takes to lead when trust is not a given, when communication requires more than words, and when success depends on how well you can bring people together.
You’ll reflect deeply, act boldly, and return with insights that shift how you lead.
We reserve 2 seats at cost for social entrepreneurs or non-profits in every edition. Get in touch if you’d like to apply.
"Great immersive experience, great connection, super feedback of the Telenet participants, 100% impactful! Thanks StreetwiZe!"
Anne Lenaers, Telenet
"Our organisation believes in a leadership style that operates from equality, respect, and integrity. The hierarchical form of leadership, in which the leader must have all the knowledge, is limited in the current business world/culture. That is precisely why we have included the StreetwiZe Expedition in our Lead Smart Program because it challenges you to tap into those competencies. StreetwiZe offers us the opportunity to let future leaders collaborate with a target group that lies outside their comfort zone in a safe environment. In our opinion, it is the ideal way to sharpen your leadership skills."
Hans Vernimme, Exellys

Did you know that 150 million young talents are forced to limit themselves to mere survival on the streets, simply because they were born into the wrong context?
Now imagine a street child—abandoned, yet resilient—navigating constant crisis, extreme competition for scarce resources, and a world where uncertainty is the only certainty. And then, imagine what would happen if we gave these survivors the supportive environment they deserve. The impact they could have on society would be extraordinary.
At StreetwiZe, we reinvest all our profits into building and deploying mobile schools—schools on wheels that turn streets and squares into places of empowerment. Places where street youth discover their talents, reclaim their dignity and unlock their full potential.
At StreetwiZe we don’t just train leaders. We are on a mission to build a world where every talent can flourish, … in your company and on the streets.
