In 2015, ANB launched the project ANB 2.0 which contained a lot of structural and job-related changes for employees and managers. In a number of parallel projects and starting from inspiration and activation based on the street skills, managers, team leaders and employees were prepared for the changes within the organisation.

AHOVOKS (01/2017 – 12/2018)
In 2017 AHOVOKS used the theme of the year ‘AHOVOKS undertakes’. The idea was to enhance entrepreneurship among the employees. The street skills were used to let them analyse their agency critically but constructively and help them undertake action effectively with their ideas through a certain number of ‘innovation labs’.
