    Equans (2023 - ongoing)

First-line team leads program

Together with Equans’ HR team, we started a journey to identify what their first-line teamleads need to lead their teams even more effectively (going from learnings, to HR/IT processes and ways of connecting). We did so through 4 brainstorming with roughly 60 team leads across Belgium.

 

    Ravago (2023)

Change management at Ravago

Guided the European management team of a sales business unit of Ravago in further developing their sales skills via a hands-on evaluation of their current change programs.

  • StreetwiZe (Leuven): Each StreetwiZe partner is a self-critical entrepreneur who combines broad knowledge of business with a passion for training and facilitating. He knows, recognises and understands the challenges of your business, organisation and teams. Our trainers hit the streets once a year use this experience as an inspiration for their sessions. Olivier joined the StreetwiZe collective in February 2023. He combines his experience in HR within multinational contexts, with a fondness for team dynamics to deliver practical and results-driven StreetwiZe workshops.
  • Efficiency, individual growth & engagement by setting in place effective team dynamics & leadership behaviour.
  • EY, ING and Ravago (EU, 2017 - ...): HR talent manager focused on the development and delivery of a variety of HR projects aimed at creating added value for people and organisation. Delivered projects are situated on developing a feedback culture, leadership, employee engagement, effective talent and performance management processes, and an attractive remuneration policy.
  • University of Antwerp (Antwerp, 2009-2014) and GUBERNA (Ghent, 2014-2017): As a PhD student, Olivier developed a model on trust and power differences between management and employee representation. He then applied this knowledge on group dynamics as a consultant and excecutive teacher for boards of directors within a spin-off of the Vlerick Business School. His work focused in particular on board evaluations and corporate governance training.
